Ralph E. Lambert, Jr., age 66, of Farmersville, OH, passed away, Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Sycamore Hospital. He was born in Chicago, IL, on January 25, 1956, the son of Gertie (Neace) and Ralph E. Lambert, Sr. Ralph was an Owner Operator Independent Truck Driver for 10 years; and later drove for Ro-Lin Farms for 10 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Shirley Lambert; and his stepfather who along with his mother raised him, Ulas Templeton. He is survived by his son Ralph; his daughters, Amy, and Teri; 3 grandchildren, Alex , Avery and RJ; his brother Doug; his sister, Bridgett; numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at Germantown Union Cemetery.
