Price Alex "Alec" Allen, 89, died Dec. 19, 2004, at his residence in Miami. He was born in Hubbard.
He retired as a boiler repairman from Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Arnol and Dorothy Allen of Safford; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda Wheeler of Claypool and Diana and Gary Hincha of Miami; three sisters, Grace Echols from Nevada, Sylvia Campbell of Miami, and Velda Adams of Queen Creek; two brothers, Joseph Allen and Chesley Allen of Miami; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 22) at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Miami Ward, in Claypool. Funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. at the LDS Church in Claypool. Interment will be in Hubbard Cemetery in Hubbard. Arrangements are under the direction of Miles Funeral Services Miami.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Perpetual Education Fund at the LDS Church.
