She graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School, attended West Virginia State College, and a retired professional N.A. A member of St. Marks United Methodist Church of Charleston, she assisted in their many programs helping the homeless. She loved life and her friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Gerald and Ruth, and sister, Patricia Armstrong.
Sharon is survived by her son, Scott Allen; sister, Deborah Frick; brothers, David and Michael; and grandchildren: Skylar and Mason.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2022, at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 900 Washington Street, East, Charleston, WV, with Pastor Cindy Briggs-Biondi residing.
