He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ruby Welch of Madera, CA. 1 son: George Welch and his wife Lorrie of Visalia, CA. 2 daughters: Allison Elaine Coates of Chowchilla, CA & Charlotte Elizabeth Welch and husband Paul Ramirez of Fresno, CA. 1 brother: Eugene A. Welch of Toledo, OH and 1 sister: Charlene Haddock of Redding, CA. He was the grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of 5.
