Thomas was born November 28, 1935 in Moline, Illinois, a son of Thomas and Mabel Whitehead Frazier. He married Sandra L. Murphy on January 11, 1957 in Hampton. She preceded him in death on March 23, 2018.
Thomas was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving during the Korean War. He owned and operated Tom's Small Engine and Frazier's Lawn Service for over 50 years.
He enjoyed his work and family.
Surviving are his children, Thomas (Kim) Frazier, Port Byron, IL, Debbie (Kelley) Kerschieter, Rapids City, IL, Penny (Jeff) Crowe, Muscatine, IA and Sherry (Brad) Richards, Rapids City; grandchildren, Jessica (Joel) Stockwell, Thomas (Rachel) Frazier, Wesley Frazier, Grace Frazier, Keith (Shannon) Kerscheiter, Paul (Amanda) Kerschieter, David (Tann) Kerschieter, Page (Anderson) Althoff, Jonathan (Lauren) Crowe and Tyler (Courtney) Richards; great grandchildren, Merrick, Rowan, Caisen, Elliana, Evie, Emily, Jase, Kinley, Kerrigan, Hallie, Parker, Jules, Leah, Sammy and Kaiden; siblings, Giles Frazier and Mary Jane Petersen, both of Hampton; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.
