Victor D. Cavinee, 75 of Crooksville, Ohio died peacefully at 3:52am on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 in his home.

Born November 16, 1946 in Corning, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Helen Deime Cavinee.

Victor served in the Ohio National Guard. He worked 30 years at Rockwell International in Newark, OH.

After retiring from Rockwell, he read meters for the Southern Perry County Water District for 12 more years.

He worked hard all his life and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Survived by his wife of 53 years, Lora Cavinee; son, Kenny (Jacquie) Cavinee; granddaughter; Lucy Klein; brothers, Butch and Garry Cavinee and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie Cavinee and Bill Deime.

Calling hours will be held from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Oakfield Cemetery, Oakfield, Ohio with graveside military service by Corning American Legion Post #327.
