Carrie "CJ" Joyce Caldwell passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the age of 37. She was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Westland High School. Carrie loved music and basketball, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved all animals but mostly her own fur babies, like her beloved dog Mace. Carrie had a passion for cooking and worked in the restaurant business. Whenever she helped in the kitchen, you could always hear her say "add more sugar" or "it needs more spices". One of Carrie's greatest achievements and favorite pastimes was being a mom, a sister, and an aunt where she glowed with love and joy. Carrie is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Edson Earl Kidwell and John Hughes Caldwell; her uncle, Brian John Caldwell; and her stepbrother, Shawn Bacus.
