She was born March 13, 1950, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Charles Leroy Oliver Jr. and Juanita Jo (Bush) Oliver.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Eugene Adams; a son, Charles Samuel Meeks; brothers, David Oliver and Lewis Michael Oliver; sons-in-law, Jamie Bonecutter and Jamie Bush; brother-in-law, Charles Birchfield; sister-in-law, Louetta Oliver; and a nephew, Brooks Michael Glover.
Judy was a member of the Lifeline Apostolic Church and retired from Holzer Hospital as a Nursing Assistant.
She is survived by daughters, Teresa (Brian) Newell of Gallipolis, Cindy Jo Adams of Gallipolis Ferry and Gayla (Darren Rhodes) Bonecutter of Gallipolis Ferry; sons, Robert Eugene (Barbara Arthur) Adams of Gallipolis Ferry and Nathan (Ashley) Meeks of Gallipolis Ferry; sisters, Diann Birchfield of Gallipolis Ferry, Linda (Jack) Campbell of Gallipolis Ferry and Jeannie Oliver of Gallipolis; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 21, 2022, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Brother Daniel Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at the Harmony Cemetery in Southside. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Sunday at the funeral home.
