Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home chapel in Gloster with the Rev. Hugh Lambert and the Rev. John Miller officiating. Burial was in Roseland Cemetery in Gloster.
Mr. Etheridge was born Aug. 29, 1929, in Gilbert, La. He was the son of the late Eugene Etheridge Sr. and Bessie [sic Lessie] Stevens Kask.
He was an automotive mechanic and a member of Gloster Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma W. Etheridge of Gloster; two daughters, Faye Rollins and Mandy Etheridge, both of Gloster; one son, Wayne Etheridge of Gloster; one brother, Eugene Etheridge Jr. of Meadville; two sisters, Earline Russ of Clinton and Doris Denham of Terry; and seven grandchildren.
