Jim enjoyed cooking, Cleveland Indians baseball, reading and Paso Fino horses. He was a Little League baseball coach for many years in Painesville, OH. Before transferring to South Carolina in 1985 he was a member of George A. Holly Masonic Lodge.
In addition to wife, Jim is survived by his daughters, Julie Humphries and Cheri Milan (Dave); sons, James Humphries (Megan), David Benadum and Patrick Benadum (Belinda); 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and sisters-in-law Karen Whiting and Diane Gray.
He was preceded in death by his sister Janice Humphries.
