Margaret was born Jan. 1, 1927, in Wisconsin Rapids, a daughter of Edward and Mabel Alft.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Longpre of Mohawk, Mich.; two daughters, Arla (Nick) Mihalow of Palmer, Alaska, and Della Watkins of Sheridan, Wyo.; one sister, Delores (Tootie) Downing of Wisconsin Rapids; three brothers, Harold and Edward Alft of Wisconsin Rapids, and Dale (Joan) Alft of Kissimmee, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers- and sisters-in-law, Fred and Carol Longpre of Mohawk, Mich., and Art and Marwella Longpre of Mass City, Mich.; daughter-in-law, Marline Keranen of Sheboygan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Margaret was preceded in death by her son, Robert Keranen; brothers, Carl, Oscar, Lester, Jerry, and Francis Alft; and one sister, Eleanor McClellan.
