Jerry Cossey was born July 27, 1951 to Pat and Jean Cossey in Orem, Utah. He peacefully passed away and was re-united with the love of his life Melanie on January 31, 2014.
He is survived by his siblings Bob (Jackie) Cossey, Don Cossey, Mary (Eldon) Pasket, Melvin (Patrice) Cossey; by his daughters Michelle Cossey and April Cooke; and by his grandchildren Derrick Cooke, Jared Cooke and Jordyn Cossey.
He was preceded in death by his father Jean Cossey, his mother Pat Cossey, his brother Hyrum Cossey, and his wife Melanie Sue Cossey.
