Rose Marie George, 79, passed away March 25, 2021 at Hutchinson Health and Rehab.

She was born April 24, 1941 in Great Bend, the daughter of Albert and Olivia Jenisch Debes. A longtime area resident she was a Pharmacist Assistant at Ritzman's.

She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Albert, the Larned Garden Club and Lutheran Women. She enjoyed gardening and bowling.

On December 30, 1970 she married LaVern Loren George in Larned; he preceded her in death on April 10, 2000.

Survivors include: one son, Mark (Robin) George, Hutchinson; one daughter, Deana Morrison, Topeka; three sisters, Alma Frick, Larned, Katherine George, Larned and Pauline Herrmann, Kinsley; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Bernard J Debes.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Peace Lutheran Church, Albert, with Pastor Wayne Baldyga presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday, April 2, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. Burial will be at the Peace Lutheran Cemetery, Albert.
