Patricia Dorothy Phillips, 87, passed away on Friday afternoon, February 18, 2022 in San Angelo, Tx.
Pat was born on November 22, 1934 in Chicago, the first of four children of Gus and Dorothy Petkus. She was the granddaughter of Lithuanian immigrants, and she was always proud of her Lithuanian heritage and how unique that seemed to be in West Texas.

She moved to San Angelo in the summer of 1958 with her husband and infant son. Three more sons were added by April of 1963. Pat was able to be a stay-at-home mom through her children's youth and was active in both the school and church activities at Holy Angels. She eventually earned an LVN nursing degree and worked for many years at Shannon Hospital.

Patricia was known to many as Granny Pat. She had a love for all animals, especially her last dog Bonnie and her "grand-dogs". She loved visiting family, chatting on the phone with friends and relatives, cooking big family dinners, and of course watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. Granny Pat will always be in our hearts and will forever be missed.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Kenneth (Jenison, MI). Left to cherish her memory are her four sons: David (Terrie) of Garland, TX, Gary, Mark (Debra), and Scott (Debbie) all of San Angelo. She had six grandchildren: Christiana Clark (Chris), Brandie Phillips, Kylie Phillips, Blake Phillips (Claire), Kelsey Guerrero (Martin) and Bryan Phillips. Seven great grandchildren include Abigail and Noah Clark, Charlee Phillips, Kohen and Brynn Crawford, Ryley Guerrero and Liam and Madyson Phillips. She is survived by two brothers, Ted Petkus (Chicago area) and Al Petkus (Boulder, CO area) as well as several nephews and nieces.

No public services will be held. In Pat's memory, please consider a gift to an animal shelter or rescue organization or a favorite charity.
