Charles Bruce Kinser, Sr., age 68, of Shepherdsville, Ky returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Bruce was born in Louisville, KY on June 18, 1954, to the late Hillary Hollis Kinser and Wanda (Basham) Kinser Allen.
Bruce was a Dental Lab Technician, and a member and deacon of Fairdale House of Prayer for 40 plus years. Bruce enjoyed fishing, music, Nascar and Stock Car Racing, he was a Louisville Cardinal Fan, but most of all he truly loved his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Harold Kinser, and Jeff Allen, Carol Yeary.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children LaDonna Sparks Wells (Tony), Crystal Kinser (Mike), Charles Kinser, Jr. (Jenna), Wanda (Josh), Thomas, Jeramie, Candice Kinser, Cole Kinser (Elizabeth); eight grandchildren, Caylie, Mason, Cameron, Christian, Jordan, Joshua, Nicholas, Amelia; two sisters, Vickie Jones, and Carla Gonzalez, and a special niece Lorrie Mckenzie (Ron ), and a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Burial will follow in Brownsville, Kentucky. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until the time of his service at 10a.m. at the funeral home.
