Kathy was the only girl raised among her brothers, James Surrounded and Konroy Surrounded who proceeded her in death. Surviving are 4 brothers and her longtime partner D".J".
Kathy received her formal education in Rosebud, South Dakota, a homemaker by profession who took pride in maintaining a clean home.
Some of her favorite things to do included music, dancing, cooking for her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Surviving is 7 children and numerous grandchildren.
Kathy was a fun-loving woman who enjoyed life and those she encircled. In her free time, she loved to read the Star, enquire magazine and books, watching movies and her favorite drink. Lemonade or Cherry Pepsi. Her smile and laugh will be missed as she would always welcome you with open arms but was never afraid to let you know when she did not like something or if you did not clean up after yourself. She will be missed by all who were fortune enough to have known this kind and wonderful woman. To know Kathy was to love her.
