Martin F. "Bunk" Cole, 53, of Mount Bethel, R.D. 2, died Saturday in Easton Hospital where he had been a patient the last two weeks.
He was employed as a truck driver by the Farm Bureau of Northampton County until retiring. At one time he was a partner in the former Belvidere Exxon.
Born in Belvidere, he was a son of the late Bartley and Ada Case.
Mr. Cole was a member of Bethel Bible Church, Mount Bethel. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.
He and his wife, the former Faye Lambert, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary April 18.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Bartley Thomas of Mount Bethel, two duaghters, Bonnie Pysher, Bangor, and Martie, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Bush and Mrs. Marjorie Thatcher, both of Belvidere; two brothers, LeRoy of LaPort, Texas, and William C. of Belvidere, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the MacFadden funeral Home, Belvidere. Interment will be in Hazen Cemetery, Hazen, N.J.
