John Cartwright, of Vilonia, Arkansas passed away at his home on August 5, 2022. He was born on July 25, 1951 in Conway, Arkansas to John Franklin (J.F.) and Elizabeth (Scholle) Cartwright
John was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Joann C Belz (Richard) of Van Alysten, Texas, Betty C Paul (Andrea "Sonny") of Vilonia, Arkansas; brother-in-law, Ralph Kahn of Dallas, Texas; nephew, Gary Franklin Paul of Vilonia and the mother of his children, Joyce Cartwright of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
He is survived by his children; son, John Franklin Cartwright of Vilonia, Arkansas; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Cartwright of Vilonia, Arkansas; grand-daughter, Cennedy Brown of Vilonia, Arkansas; sisters, Mary Tankersley (Bob) of Vilonia, Patsy Kahn of Dallas, Texas; brother, Jerry Cartwright (Tish) of Vilonia and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends. He will be greatly missed.
John loved his children and did his best to provide for them. He worked until his retirement from the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission.
There will be visitation on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Crestlawn Memorial Park with burial to follow.
