Charles W. "Chip" Spencer, 60, of Mercer, PA, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022. Chip was born in Grove City, PA on September 21, 1961 to Charles Loren and Gladys Marie (Fowler) Spencer.
Surviving is his partner, Kimberly Hurst in Mercer; three children: Justin Spencer in Franklin; Ashley and Amanda Spencer both of Grove City; his twin sister: Loreen (Bruce) Shillinglaw in Lewisville, TX; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Chip in death are his parents, three brothers: Lawrence Paul Spencer, twins David and Donald Spencer and one sister: Cathy Henshaw.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at the Church of Beloved Disciple, 1310 S. Center Street Ext., Grove City, PA 16127 on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM with the Very Rev. V. David Foradori E.V. as celebrant.
