Robert J. "Bobby" Hansen, age 81 of Two Rivers, passed peacefully Tuesday afternoon, August 2, 2022 at the home of his son while in the presence of his pastor and his family. Robert was born in Green Bay on May 23, 1941 to Leonard and Bernice (Raymakers) Hansen. He was united in marriage to Diane M. Sehloff on August 12, 1961. She preceded him in death on December 3, 1996. Bobby worked for several years at Hamilton Mfg. Company in Two Rivers followed by 35 years with Invincible Furniture of Manitowoc. After his retirement, he enjoyed working part-time for 10 years with the Two Rivers Parks & Recreation - Cemetery Department. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, attending car shows, and an occasional visit to the casino. Bobby also enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers. Above all, he enjoyed the time spent with his family and socializing with his many friends. He is survived by his three children: Steve (Melody) Hansen of Manitowoc, Sherrie Suettinger (special friend, Dennis Meneau ) of Kellnersville, and Scott (Sonja) Hansen of Manitowoc; his grandchildren: Craig (Cassandra) Suettinger, and their children, Chloe & Oliver; Megan (Christopher) Mauel, Taylor (Sam) Hoffman, Rachael Hansen (special friend, Tyler Benzing, Jennifer (Matt) Remiker, Aaron (Lindsay) Hansen; along with several great-grandchildren. He is further survived by three sisters and a brother: Carol (Paul) Hershfield of Mountain, Lee (Lois) Hansen, Barbara (Ted) Doades, all of Oregon, Gracie Miller of Green Bay; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Bernice Hansen; his wife, Diane; brother-in-law, Jim Miller; a special friend, Janice Landt; and best friend, Allan Skubal. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11th at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th Street, Two Rivers. Rev. Keith Tullberg will officiate at the memorial service, with entombment in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum at a later date. The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Thursday afternoon from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.dejamartin.com.
