On Thursday, July 28th, 2022, Carrie Ann Conyers passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 68 in her home in Summerville, South Carolina. Carrie is survived and loved dearly by her husband Danny; Children: Sherry Larsen (Greg) of Summerville, SC; Jill Douglas (Andy) of Elgin, SC; Meagan Hobgood (Justin) of Blythewood, SC; Patrick Conyers of Elgin, SC; Grandchildren: Analeia Oxendine, Jenna Ward, Jasmine Ward, Asher Larsen, Christian Sharff, Elijah Sharff, Reese Sharff, Ethan Sharff, Kayla Sanders, Dustin Douglas, Rileigh Hobgood, Grace Hobgood, Zoie Hobgood, Keely Hobgood and 3 great grandchildren; Siblings: Joe Schepisi (Paula) of Goose Creek, SC; Sherry Dixon (Don) of James Island, SC; Elizabeth Schepisi (Maged) of Lakewood, WA; Joanne Salas of Gig Harbor, WA; Jerry Schepisi (Karen) of Gig Harbor, WA. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Wendy Sharff; son, California Sharff; and daughter, Kelley Conyers.

Carrie was thankful for her loving parents Catalina A. and John S. Wilson (both deceased) and Joseph Schepisi (deceased) who allowed her to experience life as a USAF military brat. Carrie loved people and they loved her. She always made sure friends were included in holiday celebrations as she could not abide someone spending special times alone. Carrie loved life and was always the life of the party. She was devoted to working and serving military families in her home away from home at several VFW posts in the tri-county area. Carrie truly made a difference in her short life. She will be terribly missed by family and friends.

Her Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 14th at the Summerville VFW Post #3433, Summerville, SC 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations are graciously accepted in her honor by the VFW Post #3433, Summerville, SC (843-871-0607).
