Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Big Cane, LA, for Ms. Julia Ann Williams Dunn, 68, who entered eternal rest, Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at her residence in Washington, LA.
Interment will be in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Dunn is survived by five children, Brent Dunn, Sr. (Tracy) of Fort Worth, TX, Stacy Dunn of Washington, LA, Jeannie Dunn of Washington, LA, Eugene Dunn, Jr. of Washington, LA and Bridget Williams of Lafayette, LA; five sisters, Mary Andrus of Opelousas, LA, Noveie Louis of Opelousas, LA, Patricia Williams of Houston, TX, Lula Mae of Alexandria, LA and Bessie Lee Thomas of Houston, TX; six brothers, Jim Williams of Houston, TX, Randy Williams of Washington, LA, Ricky Louis of Lafayette, LA, Lanick Louis of Houston, TX, Larry Thomas and Daniel Thomas both of Alexandria, LA; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ms. Dunn was preceded in death by an infant son, Brenton Dunn; parents, Rosetta Williams and Gus Thomas; a special aunt who raised her, Ella Lott; three brothers, Jacob Williams, Russell Louis and Gus Thomas, Jr.; one sister, Lou Bertha Thomas and one great grandson, Jayden Joseph.
Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
