Ms. Billings is survived by her mother, Linda Brown Hill, of North Wilkesboro; daughter, Sadie Severt and spouse, Mathew Segraves, of North Wilkesboro; son, Tyler Severt, of North Wilkesboro, sisters; Tammy Billings, of North Wilkesboro, Libby Billings, of Purlear; stepsister, Gina Hill, of North Wilkesboro; and a granddaughter.
