1965 and a 1969 graduate of Miami University of Oxford with a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Education. Patricia was a former teacher for Northmont City Schools and the Lewisburg School
District. She also was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution-Jonathan Dayton
Chapter.
She is survived by her husband: John C. Applegate, son: Brock Applegate of WA, daughter and
son-in-law: Jennifer and Jeffery Sullivan of TN, grandchildren: Weston and Victoria Sullivan,
parents: Kenneth and Patricia White of Englewood, brother and sister-in-law: Kayne and Jane
White of FL, sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Bari and Wayne Bowser of Clayton, nephew:
Christopher and Margit White of MA, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Hospice of Dayton
for the care they have given Patricia and a very special thank you to Michael Hamilton, M.D. and
staff. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. If desired, memorial
contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. The Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood is
handling the arrangements.
