Charles (Charlie) Harvey May, 84, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away Thursday July 28, 2022 in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born in Gloversville, New York on July 9, 1938, to the late Clarence May and Agnes Dather May. Charlie loved going to Mt. Joy church where he was a member of. He also enjoyed going driving to gospel singings and church gatherings anywhere he could find one. Charlie was a animal lover, especially with his dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and grandparents; one sister, and one brother.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Judy Jones May; one brother, Henry (Erma) May of Mountain View; as well as his church family.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Mountain View Funeral Service with the service following at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Truman Bullard officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Joy Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Allen Begner, Shawn Steiger, Will Steiger, Ronnie Baker, Rick VanEvera, and Edward Steiger.
