He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on February 5, 1953, the Son of the late Robert A. Waters, Jr.
He was a graduate of Schalmont High School and lived most of his life in the Schenectady area.
Most recently, until his retirement, Bill had worked as a Janitor for Janitronics in Schenectady Ny for 10 years. Prior to that he had been employed as a janitor at Bellevue Hospital.
He was a veteran of the US Army.
He enjoyed going for walks, road trips, camping, and visiting museums.
His wife, Alberta Waters predeceased him.
William is survived by his brothers, Robert J. Waters of Middleburgh, NY, Michael K. Reynolds of Richmondville, NY; sister, Cheryl Piccirillo of Cohoes, NY; step-sisters, Yvonne Bowen of Schenectady, Lori Arnold of Wisconsin, Susan Barstow of Cobleskill; step-brother, Tom Bowen of Florida as well as Tony Bowen of Wisconsin; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Burial will take place in Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
