The Rev. Robert McGregor and Rev. Robert Turner will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The body is at Martin's Funeral Home, 209 Louise Ave.
Mr. Blair, a former Vanderbilt athletic great, died at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Ridge Hospital, Oak Ridge, Tenn., after an illness of several months.
