Beverly Lynn Lovato, 79 died Friday, May 11, 2018
Memorial services were held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Channing High School Auditorium with Rev. Bobby Miller, pastor of First Baptist Church in Channing, officiating. Arrangements were handled by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas, TX.
Berverly was born to Samuel and Sybil Parkhurst in Shidler, OK. She graduated from Borger High School and Draughns Business School. She had worked in the Channing High School cafeteria for the past 9 years.
She married Christy Lovato on 15 April 1996 in Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, David Parkhurst and Buddy Parkhurst.
She was survived by her husband, Christy Lovato of Channing, four daughters, Kim Riojas and husband david of Amarillo, Tandy Miller and husband Lewis of Channing, Billie Joslyn and husband Jonaathan of Channing, Shawntae Guzman of Amarillo; a son, Christopher Lovato and wife Cinda of Amarillo; a sister, Elva Dell Butler and husband Charles of Collinsville, OK., twelve grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
She was cremated and her ashes divided with a portion buried with her husband, Christian Jose Lovato in the Channing, TX Cemetery Plot: NC B21 L96 P5 and a portion buried at the Highland Park Cemetery in Borger, TX Plot: Vesperland Lot 1A Sp11 where her parents are buried as Memorial #204857307 and thus shows up as her own sibling at both cemeteries.
