Ellen Robertson, 67 of Glenpool, Oklahoma passed away on June 20, 2022 from an unexpected sudden illness. She was born July 12, 1954, in Paterson, New Jersey. Ellen grew up in Paterson and spent most of her life living in Carlstadt, New Jersey where she raised her children Lisa, Michael and Shea. Ellen also spent time living in Hawaii and the remaining few years of her life in Oklahoma. She worked as an office administrator for Imperial Plating in Lyndhurst, NJ for almost 30 years. Ellen had a caring and empathetic soul that allowed her to cultivate lifelong friendships that would continue no matter how far apart they lived.
Ellen had a passion for cooking and infused her love for her family into every extraordinary dish she prepared. She seemingly knew every single recipe off of the top of her head and rarely consulted a cookbook. She also enjoyed gardening and spending quality time with her family, friends and dog, Rose.
Ellen is survived by her loving daughter Lisa, and her grandchildren Abigail, Joshua and Gabriel, her loving son Michael and his fianc� Kayla. Ellen was preceded in death by her loving daughter Shea. She is survived by other loving family members and close friends she would consider family.
Ellen's family would like to thank the Glenpool Police and Fire Department for their professionalism and compassion and the Tulsa Police Department for assisting with services.
