Survivors include: Her Husband: Ronald Bradshaw of Kennett, Missouri One Brother: Jerry Lee Schrimsher of Heber Springs, Arkansas Two sisters: Shirley Ann Dean and Tom of Hazelwood, Missouri Linda Faye Driskill and Beryl of Steele, Missouri and other relatives and many friends.
Phyllis was preceded in death by one son: Adam Ray Bradshaw and one brother: Jimmy Lynn Schrimsher.
