MORELAND - Danny O. Manning, 76, of Hustonville, died Sunday (1/20/2008)in Amelia, Ohio.
Born May 31, 1931, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Carl and Catherine Gresham Manning. He was a farmer and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Barwick Manning; a son, Danny R. Manning of Ohio; a stepson, Robert Barwick II of California; two daughters, Carlene Shamblin and Linda Bauer, both of Ohio; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a grandson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Chaplain David Green and Bro. Jimmy Brown. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery with military rites by Boyle Post 46 Honor Guard.
Pallbearers will be Neal, Tim, Danny Ray and D.J. Manning, Jamie Lawson and Dennis Bauer.
