Melissa Brock, 43 of Tylertown, MS passed away Monday, July 25, 2022. She was born Thursday, January 18, 1979 in McComb, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Capps Funeral Home in 270 Old Hwy 98 E, Tylertown, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Capps Funeral Home in Tylertown, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Brock Family Cemetery. Reverend Perry Robins and Reverend Mike Anderson will officiate. Capps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Melissa truly had a servant's heart which she conveyed as a devoted mother and nurse. She would always go above and beyond for the people she cared for. Making memories at the beach or river with her family was one of her favorite pastimes. Melissa was strong in her faith and a member of Centerville Baptist Church at Lexie. Her love and kindness will be missed by many.
Survivors include her fiancé Tony Smith; daughters Ashton Smith and Aubrey Smith; father Gary Brock; mother Johnette Brock; sisters Denice Gautreau (Bubby) and Kayla Copeland (Chase); nephews Wyatt Gautreau, Colston Copeland and Cayson Copeland; nieces Ayden Gautreau and Callie Brock; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loving family.
Pallbearers will be Bubby Gautreau, Chase Copeland, Andy Morris, Wyatt Gautreau, Jackson Morris, and Luke McEwan.
Special music will be performed by Wanda Russell.
