Ronald J. Williams, 86, of Sidney, passed away on May 31, 2022 at Momentous Health in Sidney, Ohio. He was born on December 30, 1935, the son of LaVerne and Hazel (Heil) Williams, both parents preceded him in death.

Ronald is survived by his one daughter, Flora Carnes of Sidney, Ohio; one brother Donald Williams of Quincy, Ohio; eight grandchildren, and two great grandchild. Ronald was preceded in death by his former wife Arlene (Davis) Williams, both parents, five children Rhonda McCoy, Ronald Williams II, Joseph Williams, Eric Williams, and Kenneth Williams, along four brothers and sisters Marjorie Faulder, Mary Brown, Sharon Burchett, Donna Williams, and one grandson Kenneth Williams II, and one great-grandson Author Hulsmeyer.

Ronald was retired from Airstream after 55 years of service. He was a United States Army Veteran. Ronald enjoyed watching western movies, watching football especially the Ohio State Buckeyes, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his family. Ronald will be missed by many. Ronald was of the Baptist faith.

In keeping Ronald's wishes he will be cremated following his visitation. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney, Ohio on Sunday June 5, 2022 from 2 PM – 4 PM at the funeral home. Ronald's final resting place will be at Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio at a later date. Online condolences may be left for the Williams family at www.salm-mcgillandtangemanfh.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Momentous Health for all their help and care with Ronald.
