He was born in Linton, Indiana August 31, 1948 the son, of Kenneth Kendall and Lorene
Miller Kendall. He was preceded in death by his father.
Larry graduated from Linton High School in 1966, graduated from Vincennes University, he was an Army Veteran where he was stationed in the Intelligents Headquarters in Heidelburg, Germany. He established the City Pest Control in Linton in 1978, retired from Prudential Insurance Co. after 30 years, while maintaining Kendall Brokerage, and he was the owner and operator of The Uptown Tavern in Dugger.
He is survived by his mother, Lorene Miller Frank of Linton, his wife, Barbara Hall Kendall of 42 years, whom he married on May 22, 1970, one son, Travis Kendall of Dugger, one daughter, Shauna Kendall (Shad Cox) of Linton, three brothers, Terry Kendall (Billie) of Linton, Randy Kendall (Donna) of Clinton, Rob Kendall (Debbie) of Linton, three grandchildren, Benjamin Boyd, Kenzie Kendall, and Wilson Kendall; also his beloved dog Champ.
Larry was a devoted husband, father , grandfather and friend.
Visitation will be from 3:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday October 24, 2012 at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger, with a eulogy at 7:00PM. Cremation is scheduled.
