Brent J Nelson, 78, died peacefully at his home, Monday November 1, 2021.
Born March 28, 1943, in Ogden Utah, he was the son of William J. and Edna G. Nelson.
He served with the U.S. Army on September 7, 1964.
He married the love of his life, Patricia Hope Butler, on November 12, 1965.
He became a Machinist employed by Ball Manufacturer for 10 years and as a supervisor for Williams International for 23 years.
Brent cherished the memories camping with his family in the Uintah Mountains. He enjoyed the outdoors and the beauty it gives to all. Hobbies included camping, fishing, hunting, and building things by hand for he was a craftsman. He enjoyed attending car shows with his wife.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three children: Richard Nelson, Christine Wilson, and Cindy Tongate. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren: a brother Dennis (Annie) Nelson.
Preceding him in death were his parents, four sisters, two brothers, a daughter Brenda (John) White and grandson.
A Graveside Service will be held at the South Morgan Cemetery, Monday, November 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
