Trevor D. "Big Boy" Bridgeford Sr., 62, of Camden, died Thursday morning, May 26, 2005, at his home. Born Aug. 3, 1942, in Brookville, Ind., he was the son of Rawn H. and Thelma (Patterson) Bridgeford. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, having served from 1964 to 1966. Mr. Bridgeford worked for Ford Motor Company for 37 1/2 years, retiring in 2001. He was past commander of VFW Post 1577 of Camden, a member of Benjamin Franklin Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Shriners. He was a member of Taylor's Grove Baptist Church in Somerville.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene (Crank) Bridgeford, whom he married Feb. 11, 1967, in Hamilton; four sons, Trevor (Angie) Bridgeford Jr. and Jeffrey (Emily) Bridgeford, both of Lakengren, Lonnie (Renéée) Bridgeford of Camden and Mathew (Rachel) Bridgeford of Morning Sun; nine grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Herman (Roni) Bridgeford of Marina, Calif., Herbert (Phyllis) Bridgeford of Middletown and Irvin (Pauline) Bridgeford of Eaton; three sisters, Rose (Bob) Reynolds of Hamilton, Reba (Arlie) Alcorn of Camden and Debra (Hubert) Ledford of Eaton; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Bridgeford of Hamilton; and other family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Lonnie Bridgeford.

Funeral services were Monday, May 30, at the First Southern Baptist Church, with Pastor Greg Jackson officiating. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden. Nein-Thompson Funeral Home, Camden, was in charge of arrangements.
