Elizabeth Ann Morrison (Betty Keane), age 83,

Loving wife for 55 years of the late Robert ( Bob).

Betty Morrison was 100% Irish and was born in Detroit, graduated from Dominican High School and attended Marygrove College. Betty took great pride in her family, raising her seven children and strongly supporting all of them in their endeavors. She was an avid reader, loved to bowl, and do ceramics. As PTO President of Colony Elementary, she was the first to allow girls to become crossing guards. In later years, she joined the Red Hat Society and honed her Bingo skills. Betty loved her friends, was a "social butterfly", and until recently, met with her "Girl's Club" monthly since graduation from high school. Betty will be remembered for her big heart, sense of humor, and the love she felt for her family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5th from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods. She will lie instate on Monday from 10:30 am until the time of the Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 am at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 23401 Jefferson, St Clair Shores.
