1102 Trooper Robert Frank Wilson, 1st Australian Horse. He volunteered for service in South Africa during the Second Anglo Boer War. He died of enteric fever (typhoid) in Bloemfontein on 16 May 1900. He was buried on 17 May 1900. He is also commemorated on the Australian War Memorial Roll of Honour in Treloar Crescent, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia (see: https://vwma.org.au/explore/memorials/1797).
