Charles "Tommy" Thomas Arnold, 79, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022.
A lifelong resident of the North Georgia, Chattanooga area, he was a Veteran of the Army National Guard where he served for 6 years and a member of Morton Memorial Presbyterian Church. Tommy worked for the Catoosa County Board of Education for 2 years and previously was owner/operator of Arnold Construction for 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jackson and Hazel Pauline Manis Arnold and brother, Ronnie Arnold.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Julia "Gayle" Hanley Arnold of Ringgold, GA.; three children, Angela (Rick) Robinson of Ringgold, GA., Charles "Chuck" (Angie) Arnold II of Ringgold, GA., and Christopher "Todd" (Sharon) Arnold of Dallas, TX.; sister, Jackie Dover of Tampa, FL.; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received at the home on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. Charles requested no funeral services. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel Ringgold, Georgia.
