JOHN WESTFALL ADAMS

John Adams was the son of William Adams and his wife, Jane Westfall. He was married to Frances Elizabeth Baker in Plymouth, MI. Frances was known by the nickname "Frank" in many records and newspaper articles.

John lived in Plymouth most of his life. He first worked as a farmer and later as a machiist. He was living at 187 Adams St., Plymouth, MI before his hospitalization for a heat condition and he died at Eloise Hospital, Eloise, MI.

His funeral was held 25 Feb. 1939 at Schrader Funeral Home, Plymouth, MI. Surviving were his wife, Frank, and their only daughter, Venita Adams, and many relatives and friends. The Service was given by Rev. Walter Nichol; Mrs. M.J. O'Connor, organist, played "Rock of Ages" and "No Night There." Pall bearers were William Westfall, Louis Westfall, Elmer Westfall and Lee Fisher.
