John Ray Looney, 45, passed away July 10, 2022, at his fathers Copan residence. He was born February 26, 1977, in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of Willie Ray Looney and Cynthia Lynn Fuller.
John graduated from Nowata High School. Following graduation, he started following his father's career path in construction. After that, he married his then girlfriend, Keli Briggs, and they started a family having 4 wonderful children. They celebrated 14 years before separating. He then met and married Whitney Brannan of Dewey, Ok having 3 more beautiful children.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Laveeta Topping of Oglesby, Ok. Surviving in addition to his father Willie Looney and stepmother Chris Johnson and Mother Cyndee Fuller and stepfather Clark Fuller; are his daughters, Brianna Cole and her husband, Aaron, of Oologah, Alexus Looney and her husband, Seth parker, of Nowata, Darcee Looney, of Nowata, Isabella Looney, of Dewey, Riley Looney of Dewey; Sons, Mason Looney, of Nowata, and John Looney jr, of Dewey; half sister, Megan Costanza, of Georgia; uncles, David Topping, of Nowata, John Toppinmg Jr, of North Carolina; aunt, Brenda Sitton, of Michigan; three grandchildren, Cade Cole, Calian Cole, and Berkley Parker.
