Visitation on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church from 9:00am to religious services at 10:00am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Burial in the church cemetery.
Survived by 6 sons, Joseph, Sr., Paul, Gregory, Howard, Carl and Bruce Davis; 4 daughters, Ginett Patterson, Edna Davis, April Davis and Antoinette Payne; 1 brother, Ernest James; 1 sister, Ruth Rollins; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Paul James; husband, Freddie Davis, Jr.; 1 daughter, Gail Davis; 1 son, Derrick Davis; 8 brothers; 5 sisters; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
