A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church for Paul H. Perry, 79 of Lake Arthur, LA on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at
1:30 PM with Father Keith Pellerin officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Anthony Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Matthews & Son Funeral Home in Lake Arthur, LA beginning on Monday, July 11th from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a Cursillo Rosary recited at 6:00 PM. The family request that visitation resume on Tuesday, July 12th at 8:00 AM until the time of his funeral Mass.
Paul was born in Lake Arthur, LA on December 30, 1942, to Lloyd Perry and Marie (Vincent) Perry and was called from his earthly life on July 8, 2022. Paul worked as a Driller in the Petroleum Industry until his retirement. He loved the outdoors, going fishing, going to the camp with the guys, and "Going North". Paul was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon R. Perry of Lake Arthur, LA; his two daughters, Amy P. Landry (Travis) of Lake Arthur, LA, Kalyn P. LeJeune (Gary) of Lake Arthur, LA; his five grandchildren, Malorie L. Broussard (Trey), Mason D. LeJeune (Fiancée Lexie), Carleigh J. Simon, Kyra G. Landry, Aiden P. Simon; one great grandchild, Corbin D. LeJeune; his brother, Robert Perry (Laura) of Lake Arthur, LA
Paul is preceded in death by two sons, Ricky Perry, & Randy Perry; his parents, Lloyd & Marie Perry; five brothers, David, Richard, Nelson, Chester, & Douglas Perry; one sister, Dorothy Ashford.
