Mr. Lawrence Ray Havins, age 88, of Cumming, GA passed away February 12, 2022.
Ray recently moved from Bonham, TX to Cumming , GA to live with his son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Dee Havins. He later had to go into a nursing facility where he passed away.
A private burial and memorial service was held in Bonham on Sat, July 23, 2022.
Ray married Mary Ruth Actkinson December 23, 1950. She preceded him in death January 2, 2013. Their home was in Arlington, TX most of their married life.while Ray worked for General Motors. Retirement years led them to Bonham, TX. Ray married Trena Campbell March 15, 2014.
Ray is survived by two sons, Terry Havins and wife, Kathy of Arlington, TX, and Stephen Havins and wife Dee of Cumming, GA, two daughters, Karen Weeks and husband, Bill of Bonham, TX, and Tracy Rowland of Tollhouse, CA, twelve grandchildren, lots of great grandchildren and his former wife, Trena Campbell- Havins.
