The memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Don Todd, 80, of Garber, will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 9, 2022, in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Drumright, Oklahoma.

Don was born May 9, 1941, to Herbert Lee. and C. Maxine (Odell) Todd in Grayville, Illinois and passed away March 27, 2022, in Garber, Oklahoma.

He was raised in Drumright, Oklahoma graduating from Drumright High School in 1960. He worked for Sinclair and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) until his retirement. He continued working at Sears, Woodman of the World, and Cherokee Strip Transit, where he drove for over twenty years. On April 7, 1962, he married Anita Kile at the First Baptist Church, of Drumright. They moved to Garber in 1964 where he was a member of the First Baptist Church serving as Deacon, Song Leader, and Sunday School Teacher. He also served several years on the Garber City Council as a council member and Mayor. Don also served as a "fill in" preacher at the Hunter First Baptist Church for many years.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sondra Matherly and Shirley Harper; twin brother Paul Todd; one infant grandson, Jeffrey Don Burnett; and three infant brothers.

He is survived by his wife Anita Todd, of Garber; daughters LaDonna (Johnny) Nunn, of Okmulgee and Kila (Terry) Walkingstick, of Muskogee; sons Roger Todd, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Scott (Heather) Todd, of Garber; sister Susan Hallman, of Drumright.
