Joyce Elaine Beck, 90, died on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Wellspan York Hospital. Joyce was born in West York on July 6, 1932, daughter of the late Paul Elmer and Goldie E. (Altland) Sowers. Joyce graduated from Hellam High School, Class of 1950. She retired at the age of 80 from Perform Group, LLC. Joyce is survived by four sons, David E. Beck, Michael R. Beck and his wife, Vickie Poff, Frank E. Beck II, and Andrew J. Beck and his wife, Kelly; two daughters, Candri E. Hodges and her husband, Charles and Theresa M. Fisher; numerous grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son in law, Ricky Fisher; and her brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St., York, with the Rev. Sterling Trimmer officiating. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow the service in Mount Rose Cemetery. www.etzweilerfuneralhome.com
