On June 27, 2022, our family unexpectedly lost an amazing man, Robert E. Baca of Belén, NM at the age of 64.
Robert impacted many lives in one way or another with his kindness, generosity, skills and stern teachings that will be carried on by all who knew and loved him.
Throughout his life he held many titles, son, brother, uncle, supervisor, coach and friend. But no titles were greater to him than husband, dad, grandpa and pampo. To him, his family was his greatest accomplishment and what he was most proud of.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Elena Baca, brother, Luciano Baca and sister, Bernice Baca.
Robert is survived by his wife and soulmate of 36 years, Rosanne Baca, his loving daughters, Crystal-Lee, April (Charles M.) and Katrina (Simon R.) and not of blood but by love, Bryan Koenig, grandchildren, Lolah, Jayli, Mariah, Aliyanah, Landon, Leah-Rae, Mila, Caleb, Yarixa and Jakayla, in-laws, Isidro and Rosemary Márquez, Bernice Jaramillo, Jason Brousseau and Annette Márquez, Mark Bibiano, Linda Ortiz (Abe) and Journey Márquez, brothers and sisters, Ramón (Marilyn), Juan (Maria), Phillip (Lilia), Estefana (Gary), Josefita (Ron), Joe (Melissa), Lori (Richard), Angela, Paul, Carmen and Brenda and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
All services will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Our Lady of Belén Catholic Church. Viewing will be at 8:30 a.m., followed by rosary at 9:30 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. and burial following at Our Lady of Belén Cemetery.
