He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Russell Cox, Newell Lee Curtis; three brothers, Lee Curtis, Steve Curtis and Wesley Mahaffey.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
