Larry Wayne Buffington, 76, of Prairie Hill, MO, died Thursday, July 14, 2022 in Huntsville, MO. Larry was born January 1, 1946 in Chariton County, MO the son of John and Hester Loraine (McAdams) Buffington. He married Mary Elaine Iman on January 7, 1966 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salisbury, MO.

Larry was a graduate of Salisbury High School Class of 1964. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He farmed and operated heavy equipment for Buffington Construction. Larry was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed people.

Larry is survived by his wife of the home, son, two daughters, sister, three brothers, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
