Jeff was born in Lancaster, Ohio on March 14, 1944 to the late Carl Bowers and Dorthey Clark.
He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Dorthey Clark and dog, Zippy.
Jeff loved Ford automobiles, John Deere tractors, chocolate cake warm from the over with no frosting, cowboy movies and tinkering. He had an insatiable curiosity about things and people and often made quirky comments that mostly only he understood. Jeff would be the first to cheer for the underdog in any situation. He always enjoyed following The Ohio State Buckeyes football team. He left this world with the hands of his children on him, loving him into a peaceful passing.
